Mediascope OÜ, registry code 17596066, Tallinn, Estonia ("Mediascope", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through mediascopeest.com (the "Site") and our Services, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.

2. What data we collect
- Contact form / demo request data: full name, work email, organisation name, organisation type, and any message you choose to submit.
- Usage data: basic technical data such as browser type, device type and pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Customer account data: for active subscribers, billing contact details, user seats and configuration data required to deliver the Services, as agreed in the applicable subscription agreement.

4. How long we keep your data
Contact form and demo request data is kept for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, typically no longer than 24 months if no relationship is established. Customer account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus the period required by Estonian accounting and tax law (generally 7 years for accounting records).
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and Services (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics), each bound by appropriate data processing agreements. We may also disclose data where required by Estonian or EU law.
